I'm Ihor Bielov, also known as leyzerok, a Community Lead and Business Development Manager currently serving as the Head of Communications at Ethereum Ukraine, where I lead community and partnership initiatives at ETHKyiv, one of the largest Ethereum hackathon hosts in Europe.

I'm also contributing to RedStone Oracles as a Community Advocate. My focus is on growing RedStone's presence through stage talks, educational content, and consistent social engagement. I help shape the community by gathering feedback from builders, supporting integrations, and building strong, meaningful relationships with partners and contributors.

With a strong focus on ecosystem building and community strategy, I have previously served as a Core Contributor at Scroll, where I played a key role in expanding the ecosystem and contributed to multiple hackathon successes.
