I'm Ihor Bielov, aka leyzerok, a Marketing & Communications Manager driving growth across blockchain ecosystems through product and partnership marketing, with a focus on ecosystem expansion, community building, and scalable growth strategies.

Currently, I serve as part of the Marketing & Social Media team at Altius Labs, where I drive marketing campaigns, develop content initiatives, and support building the brand’s presence. Alongside this, I contribute to the Ethereum ecosystem as a Head of Communications at Ethereum Ukraine, while also leading community and partnerships at ETHKyiv, one of the largest Ethereum hackathon hosts in Europe.

With a strong focus on ecosystem building and community strategy, I'm a former Scroll Contributor. Since October 2024, I have been serving as a Steward of Scroll DAO, verified by the Scroll team. I actively support the ecosystem by voting on proposals and fostering transparent, community-led governance within the Scroll ecosystem.
